Preparation Instructions:

1. Add 2 cups of White Wings Tortilla Mix into a mixing bowl

2. Add about ½ cup warm water to form a medium dough and mix well

3. Let dough rest for 15 minutes, covered with a damp cloth

4. Divide dough into 8 equal portions

5. Roll out to approx. 1/8 inch thickness on a floured board

6. Cook on a hot griddle (400–425°F) until lightly browned on both sides

For different batch sizes: Use ¼ cup warm water per 1 cup of mix
